The Belgian "Ensemble Mendelssohn" founded in 2002 (supported by the "Tournées Arts & Vie") will give its first tour in Japan. Highlights are : - 6 concerts in renowned halls (Fukuoka, Osaka, Kobe, Nara, Yokohama & Tokyo) - 2 creations written by Belgian composer Stéphane Orlando and Japanese composer Hajime Fukagawa - performances with artists established in Japan - Romantic Belgian composer François-Joseph Fétis will be on the program - Nikolaï Kapustin will be performed with pianist Masahiro Kawagami, president of the Kapustin National Society of Japan - Masterclass in Tokyo (Andvision)
